Emma Clarke (RGN, DipHE)
Clinic owner, Registered Nurse, Advanced Aesthetics Practitioner and lead trainer.
Emma is the owner of MCS Aesthetics established in 2020 and actively treats in the clinic and trains in the academy (MCS AESTHETICS ACADEMY). Emma qualified in 2009 and immediately began her nursing carer in Accident and Emergency nursing, where she worked staff nurse and then as a band 6 sister, meaning she has great knowledge and understanding of assessing the deteriorating patient and emergency needs. Emma has also worked in out of hours services and A&E departments in the midlands during her career.
Emma has worked in the field of aesthetics for a several years prior to opening her own clinic and has progressed to become an advanced aesthetics practitioner by not only training in a wide range of services but having a thirst for knowledge and further training. Emma aspires to return to university for further training and qualifications.
Emma’s has developed an intense knowledge in the field of aesthetics including advanced treatments, anatomy and physiology and complication management. Furthermore, Emma keeps up to date with the ever-changing industry as she delivers aesthetics training for her own academy, MCS Aesthetics academy and two other leading training companies.
Emma has a great passion for aesthetics which shows in her work, consultations and both client and student satisfaction.

Claire Pritchard
Clinic Manager
Claire is MCS Aesthetic’s clinic manager and does an amazing job of running the clinic from essential administrative work, project management and liaising with suppliers to name but a few of the many daily tasks.
Claire joined MCS Aesthetics nearly three years ago coming from a GP surgery in the Dudley borough. Claire extensive experience in the field of medical administration was transferred to the clinic’s reception post where she organsied the clinic from the front desk, handled client enquiries, and was adored by clients who always complimented her on her lovely nature and warm welcome.
Since promoting to clinic manager Claire has developed the clinic manager role and is an invaluable part of the team.

Laura Wilkinson
(Academy Coordinator)
Laura has come on board the MCS team as our Academy Coordinator. Laura will be your first point of contact when it comes to booking your courses with us and starting you on your aesthetics journey. In keeping with our medical theme, Laura has a lot of experience in client and patient contact due to coming from a background as a call handler within the 999 and 111 sector. Laura would deal with various issues over the phone from liaising with health care professionals to assessing emergency and time critical situations. Starting your journey into aesthetics can be daunting, so you can’t get a more calming introduction with Laura’s experience. MJ
Beauty therapist
Mj has joined the MCS aesthetics team at the start of 2024 and brings with her a stream of new services that will be introduced to the clinic over the coming year. MJ offers a range of beauty treatments including brows, lashes, massage and SPMU to name but a few.
Mj has a background in massage services and has perfected her skill through years of experience, training and culture. After a long period in education MJ has transitioned across to the world of beauty and aesthetics and will see her role develop, not only with beauty treatments she delivers but also with MCS Aesthetics academy offering in clinic support to students and clients allowing a seamless journey whilst in the clinic.
